Data collected
Account data (our customer): name, company, email, phone number, and payment method — processed by Stripe or the Moroccan payment provider, never stored by us in clear text. Data about the end caller (your customer's customer): call audio, transcript, phone number, and any information given during the call (name, appointment request, etc.).
Purposes
To provide the service (answer the call, book the appointment, send the confirmation), improve service quality, and meet legal obligations.

Call recording and transcription
Every call is recorded and transcribed so the service can work as described (playback, history, quality improvement).
